For the first week EUR 40,- per apartment/studio.
For the second week EUR 25,- per apartment/studio.

|
Everyone who booked a room and who had made a prepayment wants to have vacation at Crystls. In fact, the reasons, why our guests can't come are bad enough.
So we don't need any doctor's certificates and no documents.
That doesen't mean, that we aren't interested in your reasons, but formal it's not important.

"We can't come. Please credit our prepayment to our next stay. We'll call you again." Or
"We'll come 3 days later"
"We would like to come 2 weeks later. Is that possible?
"We would like to depart 1 day earlier."
Whatever.
With your holiday guarantee that's no problem.
No cancellation costs, no discussions, no officialism.

The costs of your holiday-guarantee (calculated as written above) will be added to your prepayment (EUR 200,-).
Whatever will come now you have a financial ensurance.
If you don't wanna have a holiday guarantee please make a note on the payment form or on the cheque: "Without guarantee".
Without holiday guarantee we will demand cancellation costs according to the Austrian Hotelreglement.
