Cancellation

We are really sorry if you, for whatever reason, can not come and enjoy your holiday in our Tauernhof.
If you cancel 3 months before arrival there will be no cancellation fees. 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the list price. 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the list price and if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the list price. In case of a No-Show or early departure we charge 100% of the list price. To avoid cancellation fees we recommend our holiday guarantee.
